Shipping Policy

Orders are being place worldwide from vendors in United States, Europe and China. Depending on the item ordered, processing, shipping and delivery times will vary.

Please see below for a general processing & shipping schedule for items purchased on L. Simone Co.

Processing

Processing can take up to 3 to 7 business days for us to process your order & confirmation. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

​Shipping

Shipment takes 3 - 10 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

​​Pre - Orders:

Customers that purchase pre-order items, agree and understand that items will take 1 to 2.5 (not including processing time) weeks before arriving to the specified ship location at checkout. Please provide an email to receive updates for your pre order!
* Please submit an inquiry on the L.SimoneCo about us page within 72 hours of alleging non-delivered items.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, the L. Simone Co. Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges for any item under Luxe. In the event that an item is delivered to you damage, defective due to supplier’s mishandling, an exchange or a credit may be issued on a case by case basis.

To process and request a refund/exchange, please provide the following:

  1. Original Order Number and Date the order was placed/received
  2. Item Name and Size
  3. Pictures of the defective clothing with tag attached
  4. Send back clothing (shipping at customers own cost)

Please note that we will respond to you within 48 to 72 hours upon receiving your request. Refunds will include the cost of the item on the site as is (whether on sale or not). A refund can take up to 15 days to return to your bank account.



Fraud alerts, Theft, and Abuse

We understand that mistakes happen when completing an order. Please contact L. Simone Co via email to request assistance.

If an order was placed, you have up to 5 hours after the order was place to request a stop order. If your order account status has changed to shipped (before or after the 5 hours’ mark), the order can NOT be stopped and must proceed.

Money will NOT be returned to the customer. If the customer chooses to place a fraud alert on his/her bank statement, we will reference the policy & terms and condition and procedure above to protect the integrity of L. Simone Company, LLC, sub name L. Simone Co.
